Hiring Business Analyst – CP Complex (Staff Consultant)

Job Purpose: Works with the Country Program Complex to align technology solutions with business strategies and operational needs. This role will establish and maintains liaison relationship with the IMDT in order to provide effective technical solutions. They are responsible for collecting, analyzing, developing, documenting, communicate business requirements, and support user testing to achieve the CP Complex business goals. Business Analysts continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction, deepen relationships, and effectively manage client expectations.

Key Accountabilities: • Establish and maintain a liaison relationship between the CP Complex and the IMDT in order to provide effective technical solutions
• Pro-actively seek opportunities to improve and deepen the relationship between CP Complex and IMDT
• Identify new an innovative technologies and ideas which can contribute to the business of the CP Complex
• Develop and present status reports on the projects and initiatives to the management
• Business Requirements Gathering and supporting their implementation into IT Solution

• Conducts requirements gathering and gap analysis to understand the business requirements of the CP complex
• Contributes to the development of both long- and short-term IT requirements roadmap of the CP Complex
• Helps to develop the business case for new IT requirements of the CP Complex
• Assess the CP Complex business needs using a structured requirement gathering process including gathering, analysis, documenting and managing changes
• Develops, writes and communicated the business requirements to the IMDT
• Provides recommendations and assistance in the documenting, re-design and implementation of the CP Complex business processes
• Ensure the delivered IT solution meet good user interface design practices
• Works closely with the IMDT to ensure timeliness and quality in delivery of the business requirements


• Leads the development of user test cases for validation and acceptance
• Helps to organize the user groups for testing and validation
• Manages the testing, validation and user acceptance process for the CP Complex
• Leads the execution of the user acceptance testing, while ensuring the business requirements have been met
• Responsible for the documentation of the testing process and including the capturing of system risks identified
• Assists with the identification, diagnosis and fixing of problems which may be identified during the testing process

Key Accountabilities: (not exhaustive list)
User Support

• Monitors and analyses performance metrics to ensure CP Complex user satisfaction
• Works to ensure that IT solutions meet client needs
• Help to mange customer expectations
• Work in coordination with the IMDT to put in place a proper change management strategy when rolling out new IT solutions
• Help to identify issues that CP Complex users face when using IT solutions and escalate these for addressing by IMDT
• Evaluate the user friendliness of IT solutions in use in the CP Complex and propose improvements and changes as needed
• Assist in developing IT business solutions satisfaction surveys for the Country Programs Complex
• Develop and coordinate training requirements and programs for the Country Programs Complex.

Job Requirements:
Academic qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Languages) • English (Mandatory), Arabic (Preferred), French (Preferred)

Job specific competencies:
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Good Communication skills (oral and written)
