H.E. Dr. Muhammad Sulaiman Al Jasser
Dr. Al Jasser was elected by the IsDB Board of Governors in early July 2021 to lead the AAA-rated institution for five years. He assumed office as Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank Group on August 9, 2021.
It is exciting to see how the 57 IsDB Member Countries, spread across four continents, are striving to build a future that blends a purposeful embrace of cutting-edge technologies with the rich heritage of Islam, situating them as a vibrant source of education and culture.

I extend my heartfelt condolences and prayers to the people and Government of Libya.

We pray to Almighty Allah to rest the souls of the departed, comfort the grieving families, and grant the injured quick recovery.
