REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (SHORT REVISION) Lebanese Republic Council for Development and Reconstruction Contract Title: Bisri Dam Catchment Wastewater Project The Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) hereby invites eligible consultants to submit proposals to provide, within the framework of Bisri Dam Catchment Wastewater Project, the following consulting services: Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (EIA), Master Planning, Design, Tender Documents Preparation, Prequalification and Tender Assistance. These services are locally funded from CDR, the Works will be funded through financing from Islamic Development Bank (IDB). The time period of these Services is of 9 months. Interested Consultants may obtain further information by inspecting the detailed invitation for Request for Proposals (RFP) at the CDE website on the following link: www.cdr.gov.lb / procurement or the RFP at the CDR building at the address below. A complete set of the RFP document in English may be purchased by interested consultants upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$ 1000 in the form of a banker’s certified check in the name of the CDR.
