Mid-Term Assessment of the Project IsDB & ISFD “Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) Empowerment for Poverty Reduction Program”

1.         The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) has approved an administrative budget for financing consulting services (the Services) for the above project. The Terms of Reference (TOR) of the Services is in Appendix A. IsDB will select and engage the Consultant in accordance with the IsDB Corporate Procurement Policy (Policy).

2.         IsDB now invites proposals to provide the above consulting services. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (ToR)

3.         All the Applicants are requested to submit their Proposal to following address:
