Invitation for Expression of Interest

OF THE LIVES AND LIVELIHOODS FUND (LLF)

The Lives and Livelihoods Fund (LLF) is a trust fund within the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) that provides concessional financing to eligible member countries to support vulnerable populations through Health, Social Infrastructure, and Agriculture projects.

 

The LLF Management Unit (LLFMU) seeks to establish framework agreements with 3-5 individual consultants with expertise in the Communications and Visibility sector across the fund’s key geographies and languages of focus. These consultants will be preferred partners will be called upon to support project design and implementation as needed.

 

The Terms of Reference (TOR) of the Services is attached in Appendix A. The services will be provided by individual consultants who may be self-employed professionals or an employee of a consulting firm. IsDB and the LLFMU will select and engage the consultants in accordance with the IsDB and Corporate Procurement Policy (Policy). IsDB and the LLFMU invite Expression of Interest (EOI) and proposals from individual consultants for consideration to advance the recruitment process.

 

Applicants who wish to submit a proposal should:

• Duly complete the Expression of Interest (EoI) and utilize the provided standard forms (Appendix B) for proposal submission
• Compile and submit their Curriculum Vitae (CV) along with their portfolio
• Include a comprehensive list of the equipment you use, specifying their specifications details (if applicable).

All documentation must be emailed no later than 17:00 Arabian Standard Time on February 8, 2024, to the following authorized IsDB representative:
