The scope of work of the bid is the Supply of Goods for Mechanical Installation such as fresh water system, Firefighting system, Ballast water system and etc. and Industrial Equipment of Docks such as Rubber wheeled equipment, lifting appliances, hydraulic equipment and etc. 4. The main purpose of this system is to provide mechanical installation goods and industrial equipment required for the operation of Bandar Abbas Shipyard Dry Docks. 5. Bidding will be conducted through the International competitive bidding among IDB member countries (ICB-MC) process, as specified in the Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works under IDB Financing (May2009), and is open to all bidders of Eligible Countries as specified in the IDB Guidelines. 6. All bids must be accompanied by an unconditional, irrevocable, independent and payable in first demand bid security in an amount of 900,000 (Nine Hundred Thousand) USD or equivalent amount in convertible currency. If the guaranty is presented by the bidder in Iranian Rails, the rate of exchange of the Central Bank of Iran of the date of the issuance of the guaranty shall be considered. 8.
