Rehabilitation New Halfa Agricultural Project Mode of Financing: Istisna’a Financing No.: SU-170/171 Contract/Bid No.: ICB-MC-001-2016 Procurement of SME - Supply of Mechanical Equipment and Accessories The Ministry of Finance & National Economic - Republic of Sudan has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the Rehabilitation of New Halfa Agricultural Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Machinery and Equipment The Eastern Sudan Reconstruction and Development Fund (ESRDF) now invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for The Supply of Pump's Accessories for K.14 Pumping Station Includes; • Electric overhead crane 10 ton, Travelling crane for stop – logs, Stop logs, Flexible joint for delivery pipe, Non return valve for delivery pipe. The tenderer has to have a specific experience to execute the works in an existing wet condition of the canals and drains; without affecting the farming seasonal plans of the scheme. The delivery/construction period is 9 months from the commencement date of the work. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding limited to IDB member countries (ICB/MC) procedures as specified in the IsDB’s Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works under Islamic Development Bank Financing [May 2009, Amended February 2012], and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
