1.The State Joint - Stock Company "Uzbekenergo" (Republic of Uzbekistan) received financial resources from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) aimed for the “Construction of Transmission Line 500 kV Syrdarya – Sogdiana” project and intends to apply a part of the mentioned in the present invitation funds (to the amount of 4,500,000 USD) for the payment under the contract within the bounds of the project for Aluminum Conductor procurement, and all the remained part of the Tender price will be paid by the Purchaser's own funds. 2. SJSC "Uzbekenergo" hereby invites eligible bidders for submitting sealed bid proposals for various types of Aluminum Conductors. Bid proposal shall include all the required items. The proposals will be evaluated and the contract will be awarded for all the items taken together. Following the results of the Bids the Purchaser will make 2 separate contracts, one-financed out of IDB funds and one – out of SJSC Uzbekenergo own funds. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with procedures of the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) and according to the “Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works under IDB financing”, and is open for all bidders from Eligible Countries as defined in the Guidelines. 4.
