INVITATION FOR BID 1. The Islamic Republic of Iran has received an Istisna’a financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) toward the cost of VLCC and LNG New Building and Repair Yard Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract for the "Supply of Goods for Electrical Installation of Workshops and Compressed Air System of the Bandar Abbas Shipyard Project”. 2. Azim Gostaresh Hormoz Ship building Industries (AGH), the substitute company to Iran Ship Building and Offshore Industries Complex Company (ISOICO), a subsidiary to IDRO (Iran Industrial Development and Reconstruction organization) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of electrical and compressed air equipment of workshops and graving docks. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding limited to IDB Member Country (ICB/MC) procedures as specified in the Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works under IDB Financing, and is open to all bidders from eligible source member countries as defined in the guidelines. 4.
