The Islamic Development Bank (IDB) is seeking the services of individual consultants to undertake regional economic analysis of the Central Asia and to produce IDB Group SPCA Report. The regional economic analysis report shall examine economic cooperation and integration vision / objectives of concerned national governments, assess binding constraints for more economic cooperation in the region, make reasonable estimates on economic and social benefits of economic cooperation and integration, identify economically viable, potential and feasible economic sectors for regional cooperation, and propose structural and institutional policy solutions for issues impeding regional cooperation and integration efforts. The eventual SPCA program report shall formulate methodology, core pillars and sectors of focus and activities to be supported by IDB Group and its partners for assisting national governments in addressing identified key binding constraints for more economic cooperation and integration. The IDB now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested individual consultants must provide their curriculum vitae (CV) indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (general qualifications, skills, experience in similar assignments/conditions, description of similar assignments, , and so forth). A consultant will be selected in accordance with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) procedures as set out in the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants under the Islamic Development Bank Financing (current edition).
