Loan Agreement with the Arab Coordination Group Funds (ACG) (Bishkek-Naryn-Torugart Road Rehabilitation Project – Section Km 272 to 365) Re-Bidding for the Procurement of Road Maintenance Equipment 1. The Kyrgyz Republic has received a Loan from the Arab Coordination Group Funds (CG) towards the cost of the Bishkek-Naryn-Torugart Road Rehabilitation Project, Section Km 272 – 365, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of road maintenance equipment. 2. Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding (ICB), Single Stage – One envelope procedures as specified in “the Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works under the Islamic Development Bank Financing” (edition May-2009), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Guidelines. 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents from the MOTC at the office address given below from Monday through Friday during the office hours i.e. 09:00 till 18:00 local time at the office address given below. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in the English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of US$ Three Hundred (300). The method of payment will be by check. The Bidding Documents can be sent by airmail and/or courier. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount not less than 2% of total bid price, and be delivered to the address below by 12h:00 noon local time on 29 March, 2013.
