Country Consultative Team (CCT), Libya is a pilot innovative IDB Group model that allows various government Departments to benefit from the skills and services of local and international development experts and specialists. The main objective of CCT is to support national capacity-building efforts of the Libyan Government and enhance IDB Group presence in Libya. One of the priorities of the CCT is to address the Labour Market needs and the Labour Market Expert will handle an ambitious mandate spanning an assessment of the existing information system, benchmarking analysis, designing and implementation of Labour Market Survey and training.
