Country Consultative Team (CCT), Libya is a pilot innovative IDB Group model that allows various government Departments to benefit from the skills and services of local and international development experts and specialists. The main objective of CCT is to support national capacity-building efforts of the Libyan Government and enhance IDB Group presence in Libya. The CCT Team will handle an ambitious mandate spanning project management, development of micro and SMEs, youth employment, integration of Libyan warriors in the national economy, developing Islamic finance and human resource management.
