The COUNCIL FOR DEVELOPMENT AND RECONSTRUCITON (CDR) as executing agency acting for and on behalf of GOVERNMENT OF LEBANON applied for financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) toward the cost of the “Laboratories Equipment for the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Fine Arts in President Michel Sleiman University Campus in North Lebanon”, and seeks interested Bidders to apply for the Works. The Works include the Procurement, Installation and Testing of Laboratories Equipment for the Faculties of Engineering and Fine Arts in President Michel Sleiman University Campus in North Lebanon. The Works are subdivided into 4 main LOTS: i) LOT 01: Electricity and Telecommunications ii) LOT 02: Mechanics and Machin iii) LOT 03: Equipment and Tools iv) LOT 04: Computers and Networks Bidding for the above contracts is envisaged to commence in March 2016. Procurement of contracts financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the IDB Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works Under Islamic Development Bank Financing (current edition), and is open to all eligible bidders, as defined in the guidelines.
