The Republic of Azerbaijan has received financing proceeds from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) towards the cost of implementing the National Water Supply and Sanitation Project in 6 regions. It is intended that part of the proceeds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Design, Supply and Installation of Wastewater Treatment Plants in 3 Cities. 2. The Azersu Open Joint Stock Company now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Design, Supply and Installation of Wastewater Treatment Plants in 3 Cities consisting of, but not limited to, the followings: Waste Water Treatment Plant a) Design, Supply and Installation of WWTP in Gadabey city with a productivity of at 3 500 m³/d; b) Design, Supply and Installation of WWTP in Terter city with a productivity of at 7 500 m³/d; c) Design, Supply and Installation of WWTP in Kazakh city with a productivity of at 10 000 m³/d; 3. Selection of the winner will be conducted through post qualification procedures specified in the IDB Guidelines for Procurement under IDB Financing (May 2009), which can be found at the website: www.isdb.org and is open to all bidders not only from Member Countries, but also from Non-IDB Member Countries, as defined in the guidelines. 4.
