HR Communications and Reporting Project

  1. The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) has approved an administrative budget for financing consulting services for the above project. IsDB will select and engage the Consultants in accordance with the IsDB Corporate Procurement Policy (Policy).

 

  1. IsDB now invites Proposals to provide the consulting services (Services) as described in the Terms of Reference. The firm will be selected using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) following the procedures in this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP has been addressed to the following shortlisted Consultants:

 

  1. It is not permissible to assign this invitation to any other firm.
  2. The RFP includes the following documents: Letter of Invitation (LOI)

Section 1: Definitions (Attached to the Notice)

Section 2: Instructions to Consultants (ITC)  (Attached to the Notice)

Section 3: Data Sheet (Attached to the Notice)

Section 4: Eligibility Requirements  (Attached to the Notice)

Section 5: Evaluation Criteria (Attached to the Notice)

Section 6: Standard Forms for Proposal Submission  (Attached to the Notice)

Section 7: Terms of Reference (TOR) (Attached to the Notice)

Section 8: Consultancy Services Agreement (Particular Conditions of Agreement)

 

  1. Please acknowledge the receipt of this Letter of Invitation and inform IsDB within 5 working days from the date of receipt of this Letter of Invitation:

 

    1. Whether or not you will be submitting a Proposal; and
    2. If so, whether you will be submitting a Proposal alone, as a Joint Venture or as a Lead Firm in an Association.
    3. In the case of a Joint Venture, whether or not you will be submitting as the Lead Partner. Yours sincerely,
