OF THE LIVES AND LIVELIHOODS FUND (LLF)

The Lives and Livelihoods Fund (LLF) is a trust fund within the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) that provides concessional financing to eligible member countries to support vulnerable populations through Health, Social Infrastructure, and Agriculture projects.

 

The LLF Management Unit (LLFMU) seeks to establish framework agreements with 3-5 individual consultants with expertise in the social infrastructure sector across the fund’s key geographies and languages of focus. These consultants will be preferred partners will be called upon to support project design and implementation as needed.

 

The Terms of Reference (TOR) of the Services is attached in Appendix A. The services will

be provided by individual consultants who may be self-employed professionals or an employee of a consulting firm. IsDB and the LLFMU will select and engage the consultants in accordance with the IsDB and Corporate Procurement Policy (Policy). IsDB and the LLFMU invite Expression of Interest (EOI) and proposals from individual consultants for consideration to advance the recruitment process.

 

Applicants wishing to submit a proposal are required to complete the EoI and standard forms for proposal submission (Appendix B), include their portfolio, and submit them via email. Please note that the submission deadline has been extended to February 8, 2024, at 17:00 (Arabian Standard Time). Kindly be informed that the email address for proposal submissions has been updated. The latest email address is noted below. All materials should be sent to the authorized representative of the IsDB:
