RFP - BCC2026-051- Review and Enhancement of The Fixed Asset Management Framework

The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB or the "Bank") is a multilateral development bank committed to fostering sustainable economic development and social progress in its member countries.

The Bank manages a significant portfolio of assets critical to its operations at Headquarters (HQ) and Regional Hubs (RHs), including land, buildings, building improvements, furniture and fixtures, office equipment, motor vehicles, and IT equipment.

Effective management of these assets is essential to ensure their proper identification, recording, safeguarding, utilization, maintenance, transfer, and disposal, while promoting sound financial management, operational efficiency, accountability, and transparency.

Accordingly, IsDB seeks consulting services to review, assess, and enhance its Asset Management Framework, including the relevant policies, guidelines, procedures, governance arrangements, and roles and responsibilities across the asset lifecycle.
