Contract Title: Procurement of Additional Medical Equipment for 3 in 1 (Neurology, Cardiology, and Oncology) Hospital, Makassar, South Sulawesi

ICB Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): IDN 1054/EQ14

1. Ministry of Health has received a financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of Strengthening of National Referral Hospital on Oncology Center Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Additional Medical Equipment for 3 in 1 (Neurology, Cardiology, and Oncology) Hospital, Makassar, South Sulawesi.

 

2. The Procurement Committee of 3 in 1 Hospital Makassar now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Additional Medical Equipment for 3 in 1 (Neurology, Cardiology, and Oncology) Hospital, Makassar, South Sulawesi. The procurement includes, but is not limited to, medical hospital equipment such as Endoscopy Set, Ceiling Stationery Digital X-Ray, Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery Instrument Set, 3D Cardiac Electrophysiology Mapping System, in various quantities, as further detailed in Section VII of the Bidding Document. The equipment shall be delivered to Malino Tower Oncology Center Building (D Building) 3 in 1 Hospital Makassar, located at Jl. Metro Tanjung Bunga, Kawasan Center Point of Indonesia, Maccini Sombala, Tamalate, Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The completion period shall be 365 days, including the installation, performance testing, and on-site training of the equipment and BAPETEN permit for the radiation-emitting equipment.

 

3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing, April 2019 [revised in February 2023_2] (“Procurement Guidelines for the procurement of goods, works, and related services under IsDB Project Financing-Revised February 2023”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to 1.9.1-1.9.5 paragraphs of the Procurement Policy of the Procurement Guidelines setting forth IsDB’s policy on conflict of interest. 

 

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Committee 3 in 1 Hospital Makassar, email: rsupmakassarpiu_idn1054@yahoo.com  and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 09.00 until 14.00 at local time at the address given below.

 

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English language could be requested by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by email.

 

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 14.00 local time, September 14, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 14.30. local time, September 14, 2026.

                                           

7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of IDR1.700.000.000 (one billion seven hundred million rupiah).
