Hiring an Individual Consultant for Preparation of the Feasibility Study and the Project Documents (PPRR & PAD) and for joining to the Bank’s project preparation/appraisal missions in Uzbekistan for the Development of Livestock Value Chain Project, Uzbekistan
1. The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant to prepare the feasibility study and the comprehensive project design documents (PPRR & PAD) as per IsDB needs and technical/editorial/formatting requirements to enable the Bank to process and appraise the project. The consultant is expected to work with the IsDB project team as the main author of the Feasibility Study (FS) and the Project Preparation Review Report (PPRR) and the Project Appraisal Document (PAD)- the design documents. The Individual Consultant will also play a critical role in preparation of a comprehensive analysis of the preliminary information gathered through data review and stakeholder consultations and is expected to prepare the feasibility study. Specifically, this would allow the team to design the Project under IsDB financing in a fully informed manner and not limited to the activities mentioned in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
The TOR of the Services is attached and could also be obtained by emailing dakbassov@isdb.org (cc: arkenzhegulov@isdb.org). IsDB will select and engage the individual consultant in accordance with the IsDB Corporate Procurement Policy.
2. IsDB now invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) and proposals from potential individual applicants for consideration by IsDB in selecting the consultant.
3. Applicants who wish to respond to the EOI are kindly invited to complete the forms in Annex-II and submit it through email to the following authorized representatives of IsDB before 17:00hrs (Almaty time) on 12 October (Monday), 2026:
