The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is an international development organization established in 1975 to foster economic development and social progress of its 57 member countries and Muslim communities in non-member countries. IsDB is governed by an international legal instrument that is its “Articles of Agreement” ratified by all its member countries.

Based on its legal status, IsDB is neither incorporated nor registered under the laws of its Host Country (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) or any of its member countries or any other country/state. Therefore, IsDB is a self-regulated organization.

The Islamic Development Bank is seeking to invite your esteemed firm to submit Request for information/Expression of Interest to s preparing to launch a competitive selection process for a consulting assignment focused on enhancing the usability and operational productivity of its Operations Management Solution (OMS), the Bank’s core business platform for managing the project lifecycle. .To this end, I have enclosed the Request for Information(RFI)/Expression of Interest (EOI) for this engagement. The proposal should be submitted by no later than the following timeline:
