Hiring Individual Consultants to Support Project Preparation and Appraisal for “Joint GPE-ACG SmartED Project for Improving Access to and Quality of Learning opportunities” in Kyrgyz Republic.

  1. The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is hiring individual consultants for conducting needs assessment, project preparation and appraisal of the Joint GPE-ACG SmartED Project Joint GPE-ACG SmartED Project for Improving Access to and Quality of Learning opportunities” in Kyrgyz Republic.
  2. The following consultants are required for the assignment. Each interested participant may apply for only one consultancy role:
    1. Program Development Consultant (Lead Consultant)
    2. Curriculum and TLM Consultant
    3. Teacher Policies and Learning Consultant
    4. Inclusive Education Consultant
    5. Digital Transformation Consultant
  3. The Terms of Reference (TOR) of each consultancy position are attached with this IEOI and can also be obtained by emailing arkenzhegulov@isdb.org (cc: svalijonbekova@isdb.org). IsDB will select and engage the Consultants in accordance with the IsDB Corporate Procurement Policy.
  4. The assignment will commence immediately from 2nd April and duration of the engagement is expected to be 9 months, through intermittent engagement based on the project processing timeline.

 

3.         Applicants who wish to submit an EOI with proposal should complete the EOI Form in Annex-II or obtain the template by writing to arkenzhegulov@isdb.org (cc: svalijonbekova@isdb.org) and submit it to the IsDB by email to the following authorized representatives of IsDB by 20th of March 2024:
