This knowledge webinar event aims to assess the set-back and impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on cities, slums and informal settlements of IsDB MCs, to identify the social safety nets, the needy local economic development and other stimulus that can help fighting against COVID-19 and avoiding human settlements turning into slums and finally to agree on how to build back better by considering the lessons learnt, learning and experiences from several member countries.

The knowledge session will gather high profile seasoned experts, government officials, urban development and urban planning professionals, human settlements specialists, and many other professionals from international organizations, multilateral development banks, and non-governmental organizations.
