The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to set out a new framework for collaboration in areas of food security, nutrition and innovative investment solutions.
The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is pleased to announce that calls for scholarship applications for the year 2020 – 2021 are now open. The deadline for submissions of applications is February 28th 2020.
Manama, Bahrain, November 3, 2019: During the opening session of the 14th Annual Conference organized by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), the President of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group H.E. Dr. Bandar Hajjar stated that “Islamic finance institutions should consider the untapped potential of Islamic Fintech and its likely role of catalyst to overcome current standardization challenges.”
