H.E. The President
Dr. Al Jasser was elected by the IsDB Board of Governors in early July 2021 to lead the AAA-rated institution. He assumed office as Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank Group on August 9, 2021.
Istanbul, Türkiye, 3 November 2025 — At the opening of the 41st Ministerial Session of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMCEC), held in Istanbul under the chairmanship of H.E. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Chairman of Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group, H.E. Dr. Muhammad Al Jasser, reiterated the Group’s unwavering support for all member countries affected by conflicts and emergencies.
