The 2026 Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group Annual Meetings in Baku continue with a knowledge-sharing event titled “Harnessing AI for Advancing Regional Digital Economies,” which brought together senior stakeholders to explore how artificial intelligence and shared digital infrastructure can accelerate inclusive growth, strengthen digital public infrastructure (DPI), and address emerging gaps in compute capacity and AI readiness across IsDB Member Countries (MCs).
The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group convenes the 14th Youth Development Forum under the theme “Youth Without Borders: Driving Shared Regional Prosperity,” bringing together government officials, development practitioners, youth leaders, entrepreneurs, and academics to explore how regional integration can create new opportunities for young people across IsDB Member Countries.
Senior policymakers, development finance institutions, and regional integration experts have gathered at the 2026 Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group in Baku under the theme “Regional Integration for Sustainable Prosperity” to discuss how stronger regional cooperation can accelerate sustainable growth, economic resilience, and shared prosperity across IsDB Group member countries.
As preparations advance in Baku to host the 2026 IsDB Group Annual Meetings, H.E. Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Chairman of the IsDB Board of Governors, accompanied by H.E. Dr. Muhammad Al Jasser, IsDB Group Chairman, visit the Baku Convention Center to review final arrangements ahead of the event.
