Pandemi COVID-19 saat ini telah sangat mempengaruhi ekonomi global, situasi yang kemungkinan besar akan bertahan dalam jangka panjang, kecuali kebijakan strategis jangka panjang industri dikembangkan. Coronavirus telah menginfeksi jutaan orang di seluruh dunia, membunuh banyak orang dan menciptakan krisis kesehatan global, yang lambat laun dapat menyebabkan krisis ekonomi yang hebat di seluruh dunia.
The Lives and Livelihood Fund (LLF) launched the 2019 Annual Report, which includes a snapshot on the Development of Integrated Farming Systems in Upland Areas Project, Indonesia, which is jointly financed by IsDB, LLF and IFAD, and executed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia.
The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group has scaled up its presence and support towards Indonesia through a Technical Assistance (TA) facility to Support the Development of Transport PPPs in the Member Country. IsDB would be providing a grant to the Ministry of Transport
(MoT), which will be utilized to build the capacity of the MOT in its efforts to develop and to implement transport sector PPP projects.
The scope of this assistance will consist of activities related to (i) capacity development of MOT; (ii) preparation of a toolkit/guidelines for PPP project screening and selection; and (iii) preparation of an Outline Business Case (pre-feasibility) for one PPP transport project.
The IsDB has a long history of cooperation with the Government of Indonesia, with a strong footprint in supporting the education sector, especially the upgrade and enhancement of tertiary education institutes. Some of these University projects include important pillars devoted to Medical Education, Research, and Treatment infrastructure. These improved facilities are now playing an important role in Indonesia’s COVID-19 response activities.
The title seems both mysterious and exciting! To cut the reader’s confusion short, the title is related to the Saudi Project for the Utilisation of Hajj Meat. It simply means that, last year, the Project was able to slaughter about a million livestock in 84 hours and distributed them to deserving beneficiaries in 27 countries of the Muslim world. Distribution started with the poor in the Haram area of Makkah.
